I just had a SCAR 17S converted\made ca complaint/neutered by EBR and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to the end. Everything from the initial contact and comunication to the shipment of my rifle to my ca ffl was professional and they made me comfortable knowing they they had $3k of my hard earned dollars under their care and control.
