    Will BCSP be allowed if classified as natl.monument?

    Apparently there is talk of Obama admin making most of San Gabriel mountain range which includes BCSP a national monument .

    If I understand correctly hunting and shooting are not permitted in area's classified as Natl. Monuments.

    Has anyone heard anything about this situation ?

    Yeah looks like BCSP is going the way of the Dodo Bird. Atleast here you can voice your opinion about it.

      I just called Burro Canyon, they say they are in no danger of being shut down or threatened in any way. They've received at least 25 letters of concern by that link posted above. I don't see how one more letter would hurt. There's another thread about this topic here:
