    Good indoor ranges in LA?

Does anyone know of any decent ranges in LA that aren't total dumps? I recently went to LA gun Club and that place is the worst. It's in a run down area, inside the building is just crap. But worst of all is the insane amount of tourists/noobs there. I got muzzled several times and I saw people posing with guns. It just made me facepalm. I just want a well kept and reasonably priced place to practice without being surrounded by a bunch of tourists and posers.

My favorite is Field Time Target and Training on Beach and Katella (now called FT3).

Insight is pretty nice, LAX Indoor isn't bad, but none compare to FT3 IMHO.

I've written up my ongoing adventures as I learn to hunt.

Yes, you CAN fit a case of shotgun shells into a .50cal ammo can.

I think i found an optimal solution for ammo can labeling.

I made this target for the NRA's Marksman pistol test. I think it's a lot better than the paper plate they suggest.

FT3 is the Cadillac. But insight is my go to.

Thanks for the suggestion but that's super far for me. I went to insight twice and it was good but it's just too far a drive with traffic and they don't exactly have amazing prices. I've heard mixed reviews about LAX.

If you can make it to the LAX shoot. It's not the Ritz, but it's not a dive. We've ahead a few minor bumps with the staff but all in all it's a good experience.

Firing-Line in Burbank is nice, though I find it a little dark. Having the CG SFV meet there monthly is nice as they let us have a room of our own.

Target Range is also pretty nice. Better lit, but may be a little cramped. Weeknights are the best time to go. They have a gun shop on-site, but I don't know their rates.
