I was just there today testing out my newly installed night sights on my kimber custom ii. Will be paying them a visit within the next two weeks to have some quality time with a xd9 i just jailed. they were cleared out of pretty much everything when I was there today.

If I was suppose to write out the whole state name.... There are a couple of local gun stores not paying attention to their DROS!!!

Note: anyone nearby by Jackson Arms tonite.... Few Calgunners will be getting some range time tonite!!

Jackson arms staff is pretty chill most of the time. The gun selection isn't anything special. Prices aren't too bad for lane fee etc.

                    ^^^^ Agreed

Sennasixty8.... Next time, I'll have my Kimber Raptor II. We can compare your TRP with my Raptor. Maybe more Calgunners can make it next time.

I'm a San Francisco resident and I've been to Jackson Arms once. My only complaint was that the target holder in the first lane of the second bay was jumping up and down about 6 inches. Made 'target practice' impossible...

When the holder starts swinging, I usually take the time to reload a few magazines. After a few minutes, targets settle down. I've seen some customers use pieces of cardboard to weigh down their targets...

There is some pretty powerful ventilation further down range that will make the targets rock from side to side. I find that moving the target a bit forward or back will get out of the path of the fans and keep it more steady

Interesting, I never knew. This wasn't the only shop I wrote "CA" for a DROS. I'll be at Jackson Arms again this Thursday night.

I usually bring a large paper clamp in case that happens. Just clamp it to the bottom of the target and the swaying will stop.
