    Good job Dad!!!
California's politicians and unionized government employees are a crime gang that makes the Mexican drug cartels look like a Girl Scout Troop in comparison.

Now you need to expand on your success.

Does you daughter have a friend who she could also bring?
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
          (thanks to Jeff Cooper)

I know what you mean about being more excited than they are. Both my daughters like to go shooting and ask to go all the time. I am so happy that they enjoy something that i love to do.I live in san gabriel vally but will always be willing to shoot with fellow calgunners.

My daughter is older, but I bet I had as much fun letting my 19 yr old shoot 22LR rifle at the local range. Of course we rented a S&W 617 and she said - 'that's a pretty gun why don't you buy one of those'... omg

Next few times - she's been shooting my 45LC Beretta Stampede (SAA) and she LOVES that gun. Now she wants one of those.. I let her shoot my 686 and she did well with that.

So it grows and grows. Thanks for posting.

Keep it going... I started my son off with a Rossi 410/22 break barrel, then went to the Ruger 10/22 and the GSG5.. he got a taste of the AR's and it was over for the small stuff! forgot to mention he's 16 now.. maybe I'll get grandkids and I'll get them shooting too!.... john

take your kids to RAAHAUGES for the TURNERS shooting fair ...they will have a blast ,mine are 15 and 17 both girls and the only 2 problems are when they start calling my guns "the sexy gun " and when they start saying that they are thier guns ..oh well at least they like shooting and respect the sport

my oldest daughter just turned 15 and she has been wanting to go to the range.

                              the only thing is I only have Glock 22, 23 & 27.

Do you think these will be too much for her?

                              I also just bought a M&P 15-22
