Shooting Ranges and meeting other Calgunners

I had a very nice conversation with a husband and wife today, as I was leaving the range. She stated that she lurks on here often but has not made up her own username YET!

This got me thinking about how many other women are lurking on here but have not signed up for a username.

Come on Ladies, lets show ourselves. I started lurking and posting back in July of 2013. The community here on calguns is a fantastic tool for getting info, meeting others and getting together for range time, either with the monthly shoot or just meeting up and relieving some stress.

It sure is nice running into other calgunners when at the range. I would like to put it out there that If you are in San Diego County heck even Riverside and Orange counties and want to get together to shoot let me know.

I am also going and shooting our monthly meetings, USPSA, IDPA and Multigun. Anyone that wants to go to their first match and is scared to go alone let me know I will go if available.

I didn't spend much time lurking before I chimed in. I'm not that shy online.

If you're ever up this-a-way, conversely, I'd love to meet ya.

Meeting other calgunners that are cool is all good, but meeting the crazy ones, it is like, WOW, so THAT is what a real life OTer looks like...

And if I think someone is crazy, then they ARE whack...

I almost always wear a Calguns T shirt to the range and any number of people walk up and want to talk about it, men and women both.

And I make a point to introduce myself to women that I don't know and seem open to chatting a bit.

Yah, hats are more visible in the cold weather. We issued the CGN Safety Orange Hats to our C3's, and they seem to be pretty visible...

Hi, I'm new here and just signed up today on the site. I'm fairly new to CA and a n00b to guns. Hoping that I can get some help and would like to meet other ladies that can help guide me in the right direction.
