Absolutely get it. I am a few hours away from my trap match therapy. I seldom shoot paper targets these days.

I don't much like wearing the eye protection because it breaks the seal on my ear protection and then my ears ring. I probably need to look for something else so I can wear the eyes....

ESS Crossbow Suppressor (to give one example) fits under the earmuffs well. I'm sure there're other shooting glasses like that.

But in all honesty you need it. Look into the surefire sonic defenders.
"Then there are sheepdogs. The sheepdogs are the bastions of safety. The sheepdog lives solely to protect the flock and confront the wolf. They live for the opportunity to be called to duty to protect the innocent. The sheepdog has fangs and the propensity for violence but hopes that he will not have to resort to it. However, he lives for that day when he will be able to use his warrior skills and mindset to keep the wolf from harming the sheep."

Awesome! I'm always looking forward to getting some range time. It definitely makes you forget the stressful BS that life sometimes dishes out.

When I was a young lady, High School and College we used to go to the dump in the desert where one could find TV's, Cars etc.
Take the 30-06 and 30-30 plus a gaggle of .22lr's and just go nuts.

Now its stupid paper targets at the local range....sighs.......

Anyone up in No. Cal Central Valley know of BLM land I could go to?

I love how some people always feel entitled to spout off to complete strangers despite never being asked.

My grandmother always told me that the people who were insecure about themselves were the ones that had to go around to tell everyone else what to do. The only proof they have that of being right is to make every one else do and think as they do.

I took my son to the range today for stress relief. We shot our father/son set of 10/22s. Then we shot my Glock 19. I hate to say that for his first time he out did his dear old dad with the Glock. I wish I could say it was due to my recent shoulder surgery.

I redeemed myself with the old .30-30. He did not like the recoil. This was the first time in over 35 years that someone other than myself has shot that rifle, and I thought it was fitting that it was my son.

He is going to cost me dearly. He said he needs some more stress relief later this week. He allowed me to put 15 rounds through the Glock before he put 85 rounds through it. He wants one of his own now.

                              Shooting is great stress relief.
Anyone can look around and see the damage to the state and country inflicted by bad politicians.

A vote is clearly much more dangerous than a gun.

Why advocate restrictions on one right (voting) without comparable restrictions on another (self defense) (or, why not say 'Be a U.S. citizen' as the requirement for CCW)?
