so cal operating engineers apprenticeship opening again

My son signed up, but decided to forego the test as he wants to move north anyway. So he moved to Vancouver, WA and is staying with my daughter and her family. He got a job as a flagman the first place he applied, and is now a member of the IBEW union. He will apply for the operating engineers union up there when they open up again next January or February. He is just 21 so he is young.
