You can also use a middleman FFL where the seller will ship from himself to a FFL, then the FFL ships to your FFL. This gets around a FFL who refuses to accept firearms from a non-licensee. It will cost you a little bit more, but it gets it done.

There's a lot in my area. Im near Sacramento. Makes me wonder why he only wants to ship it this way though. I mean I'm sending 1500 via MO. I'd rather do it the safest way for both involved.

Makes me very nervous. Once that MO is gone, it's gone. GB won't stick up for you if you don't get what you paid for.

Tread lightly. I'd think about driving 8 hrs for $1,500 clams. Gonna be nice weather this weekend.

As Kemasa mentioned shipping through an FFL doesn't make a transaction any safer. The sending FFL doesn't know what you paid for so they are just shipping what they are being handed by the seller. Whether that be a brick shaped like a gun or the real deal.
