    PPT

    Ok I know this has come up a bunch but I'm curious. According to what I've read FFL's can't regulate their dates and times for PPT's however according to PC 26825 it does not say anything about licensees restricting their days/time. I've searched through about 2 hours on different PC sections and can't find doodoo.

      This is exactly what the law is on PPTs. I must do them on request, but only when the buyer and seller request it in writing, with all details of the transaction, and signed by both.
