Swiped the D/L, hit "populate fields", the page rolls a second and nothing shows up!!!
BTW, DOJ replied to my above question and referred me PC section 28108. Not sure what portion of the section they are wanting me to take note of..American soldier by choice. Made in America by the Grace of God.
So, now it is ironic that the State whittles away at the right of its citizens to defend themselves from the possible oppression of their State.

Talked w/ DOJ this a.m. I was told that all the information/complaints, etc. regarding the DES system are passed along to "programmers" (i.e., Elves) which DOJ personnel have no feedback communication with. Basically, DOJ knows nothing ( NO SURPRISE THERE) and if and when the "programmers" decide (or not) to make a change we may find out about it.....
Until then, those of who are having problems with their card readers may either "buy another card reader (DOJ couldn't tell me which type to buy) or continue entering D/L information manually.

The lack of communication is just a bogus excuse. They can communicate if they want.
You might want to contact your elected politician and see if he/she can light a fire under them.
Buying a new reader is no guarantee that it will work since the settings might be the same. If you buy a different type, such as a USB reader, it might work, but you might also be wasting money.
Manually entering the info takes a lot longer, which means that it costs money.Kemasa.
