Is the exit hole of the "thing" bullet diameter. Or the diameter of the part? Take a pic if possible looking at the Muzzle end.If you are wondering if you can get a LTC in Riverside County: THE ANSWER IS YES!

DOJ's interpretation seems to be
1) is it sold as a flash suppressor? YES - That's what it is.

Since the holes are up, it would not appear to try to "perceptibly reduce or redirect muzzle flash from the shooter's field of vision". If it was just to the sides, then it might.Kemasa.

Wow! There are some legit gun nuts here on CG! Yes that is a pic of the M1A Socom 16. I just wanted to post pic of the muzzle so I got everyone's ideas about the break/ hider without getting biased comments regarding the type of gun it was on.
