      So, how does an FFL buy a used gun at a gunshow from a private seller if you don't bring a computer and printer with you? Or purchase on an auction and have it shipped in direct from the seller (non-ffl)? Both instances would be for resale in our store.

      Thanks! I have been confused since the new DROS system in January. I do have a secondhand dealer license also.

        I am not sure that the DES is required when it is not purchased at your premises. I have been told that when it is from out of state, it does not apply.

          It is from an in-state out of the area gunshow, private seller. Nice gun I couldn't pass up.
