2014 and 03 FFL?

With the 03 FFL and COE, do I get the same exemptions (10 day wait, 1 in 30 buys) with C&R long guns as I do with C&R handguns, or does that even apply?

Nothing about that has changed for 2014. A C&R FFL with a COE is still exempt from the 10 day waiting period when acquiring any C&R firearm from a California dealer. And they are still exempt from the 1 handgun per 30 days rule as well.
