FFL Type 1/2 in San Diego County

Hi,

I'm sure there are threads about this, but I cannot seem to find one. I want to get my FFL (Type 1/2, maybe 8 just to have), but wondering if a waste of time in San Diego County. Does anybody know if Sheriff's Dept is allowing it, and difficulty in getting one?

The sheriff won't care. Check with your local planning office first as that is usually the roadblock people run into. Some cities don't allow home-based dealers. You didn't say if you were going to be home-based.
