I have someone that wants to transfer a pistol from his father who is out of state. How would you go about entering this into the DROS? Would this fit under "Curio/Relic/Olympic Pistol/Exempt"?

Not an FFL, so I can't tell you definitively, but here is a pretty good thread on the issue:

Get a letter documenting the relationship and such. It is also good to have a copy of the ID of the person the firearm is coming from (don't want a fake letter).Kemasa.
