    gunsmith and ffl question

i am on my way to becoming a gunsmith, planning a career and shop for when i retire to Missouri in 4 years.i have a 03ffl and coe already.

    schooling...underway

    need (no order)
ffl 01 (with having a 03 ffl already i should be fine for this part)
    biz license (city of riverside)
coe in gunsmith (same as the ffl, already have the coe+ffl03)
    boe tax thing
fictitious name(the name i want is not taken)

what else do i need to plan for during my remaining time in California??
would be a home based low-output setup to build experience and business skills.not seeking a sales or ppt setup or anything like that.to much to deal with and zoning would flip .

not worried missouri-wise i am set once i get there with family in the state capital offices.

You need to be on the CA centralized list as well. You can use your own name instead of using a business name. If you want to do transfers of handguns, then you need to become a HSC instructor.
