Obtaining FFL (Redding, CA)

Hello, I'm opening up a sporting goods, firearms and online store (don't worry, Calgun members will receive some sort of discount.) I will be selling new and used firearms, ammunition and accessories. What type of FFL should I be aiming for? I'm thinking 01/02 licenses. Also, what are the proper steps I will have to take for obtaining all the proper licenses/permits? Please help!
