Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

OK, threw me off for a bit there. Also I did my first DROS as well and purchased on gunauction.com from another dealer to sell at my place, never fired but was a purchased firearm and returned. On DROS I put used, would that be correct? Does the buyer have to wait 30 days since it is used or does it even fall in that category as consignment sale/used gun sale.

If you bought it from another dealer, then the 30 day for secondhand sales would not apply. The 30 days only applies, as I understand it, when you buy a firearm from a person for your inventory.

As to the new/used, it is safer to put used since you don't really know if it was fired or not and it was sold to a person. Since it was never shot since it left the factory, it could be considered new, but others would disagree with that view.

OK thanks so much Kemesa!! I tried changing it on the DROS to new and it would not let me do the change as that option was not able to.

Once you submit the DROS, you can not change many things. As was said, it could be considered used.
