    Turdners being turdners,did my one and done found out purchase with them.If the then $5 fee wasnt bad enough it was the 25-30 minute paperwork juggle between 4 people just so i could leave with the damned thing
    everyone has a phtographic memory,some just dont have the film

      Like the OP, I was also shocked by the $9 fee. No mention of it before I purchased the gun, and they charged me the DROS fees separately and included it there like it was a state fee which of course it isn't.
      As has been mentioned, if the gun was $9 more, or $20 more, I still would have bought it, but the whole thing about sneaking in a fee, after I already paid for the gun, was shady shady shady and I'll never go to, or recommend, Turners because of it.

      And yes, if a shady business gets pushed OUT of business...I won't lose a wink of sleep over it.

        They locate 15 minutes from my home, but after few transactions that took 90-180 minutes to complete, I have hard time to buy anything from them unless I'm saving over $200 per transaction.
