IMHO - It's their place of business not mine, so I will exchange money outside their store.
I do believe that inspections should be handled inside the store for both the sellers, buyers, and general public opinions sake. It also allows the store owners to avoid "parking lot incidents".
I've never had a problem doing business this way.NRA Life Member.
