      By the DOJ asking about the firearm, it sounds like they were trying to get around the 1 in 30 violation and actually attempting to do the FFL and buyer a favor by not having to re-dros.

      The buyer needs to pay for another dros, to be completed thirty days after his last handgun dros and all should be well.

        +1. Surprisingly, it sounds like they are looking for a reason to let it go through. In the first post it sounded like they were looking for the C&R+COE exemption. That's why I guessed that it was a 1 in 30 violation.
