As I understand it, that is what occurred at B&B guns. Hopefully it is rare, but you would have to go after the FFL owner. If the firearm is unique, then it would be a good idea to document what parts are on it, such as by taking pictures.Kemasa.

To my understanding, as long as they don't steal the firearm itself, it's just like any other petty theft. If you know who did it, you can press charges; if you don't, I think the gunstore is liable under the principle of respondeat superior (the principle that businesses and bosses are responsible for actions taken by underlings during the scope of their employment.)Originally posted by greasemonkey1911's instill fairy dust in the bullets, making them more deadly.Comment
