To my understanding, as long as they don't steal the firearm itself, it's just like any other petty theft. If you know who did it, you can press charges; if you don't, I think the gunstore is liable under the principle of respondeat superior (the principle that businesses and bosses are responsible for actions taken by underlings during the scope of their employment.)Originally posted by greasemonkeyComment
