You could create a business in which firearms are stored, much like a safe-deposit box where only the owner has access. The question is how many people would want to pay the cost? It would be expensive and you would need enough people to do it in order to make it profitable, plus also criminals would know that people coming and going would have firearms. I suspect it would be cheaper, much cheaper, to buy a good safe.
