I have been told by CADOJ and BATFE that the address change card from the DMV is legal as well and writing the address change on the back. But the FFL has to make a copy of the addres change card or the back of the DL and that change must match the POR address."Gun control is not about guns, it is about control"

So the consensus is:?
Vehicle registration and a utility bill will satisfy the Federal and State ID requirement?
The DMV address change brown card or just writing the address on the back of the DL may or may not work?Do good recklesslyComment

FOr the dealer, they have to swipe your DL, make the address change in the form and then make a copy of the address change. This is for the state requirement of ID or CDL. For the second type of POR you will need the vehicle registration or utility bill or other accepted form."Gun control is not about guns, it is about control"

Vehicle registration satisfies both requirements. No need for a utility bill if you have vehicle registration.
My ATF agent and her boss have told me no brown cards. She audits my paperwork and it somewhat makes sense. Any one could fill out a brown card and use a date stamp on it.
Also, for the ATF you do not need to make copies of anything. Simply write down what documentation you used in 20b.www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.Comment
