    what are you talking about? There is no linkage between 12020, the SBS section of the code, and 12276.1, the AW section of the code. A firearm can be an SBS without being an AW.

    this firearm is not an AW, even though it is an SBS.

      I must have mis-read it. I thought the SBS language was a subset of the AW ban. Point being, it isn't legal except for narrow circumstances.
