I thought HK had renewed in January. All those guns showed an exp. 1/1/23. If they didn't pay the fee why would they be removed so late into 2022?

Wrong. The fees were paid prior to the first of the year or they would have been removed January 1.

The CADOJ system is not intelligent enough to flag/cancel these transactions.

I had them call me after someone went undetermined and told me they received information that he was prohibited and to not release. The deliver button was still there. I asked them to change it and they said they couldn't.

How did that one end up? By the rules, a Dealer can make the "undetermined" delivery at their discretion. However, when told verbally not to release it, combined with their unwillingness to change the DROS notice makes it pretty confusing and contradictory.

I asked what they were going to do to me and they said nothing. I asked about the customer and they said the APPs agents would need to retrieve the firearm.

I called the customer and offered a refund as I didn't want any dogs killed. Or him to be out the gun and money. The customer blew up and told me he was coming to pick up and if they try to take his gun he's going to "take care of them" in a very threating way. I choose to cancelled the sale and refunded him.

Based on his verbal threat of violence towards anyone. You chose wisely.

Seems like the DOJ was correct in their verbal assessment that he was prohibited. Maybe there was some reason that they couldn't arrive at a DROS Denied, but by his words and reaction, he's not somebody I'd want to be responsible for providing a firearm. Right outcome in a bad situation.

A Prohibited person has no gun rights.

The USP is not safe? It has a safety and a a decocker, what is not safe about it?

Haha, you still think the roster is about safety.
