    Same day pick up?

    I know that the DOJ is all backed up and it's taking a bit longer than the 10 days to clear.

    Has anyone done a C&R plus COE on a C&R firearm and gotten the approval right away since all of this has happened?
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

          It doesn't work the way that you think. A C&R with a C&R FFL and COE can be delivered immediately even though it still says pending.
