            If you don't live there, then you really don't have valid proof of residency there. You can have a utility bill in your name there, but to use that to try to claim residency there when you don't actually live there would be fraudulent and the forms are signed under penalty of perjury.

                Having to pay an attorney would negate any ammo savings.
