    Called Sig again to try to talk to someone else. The second CS rep confirmed that they have no way of telling whether or not the gun is rostered based on serial number. So it looks like I'm pretty much at the mercy of whatever ffl's personal opinion is of the gun from pictures.

      Unfortunately, that's pretty much the case. The CADOJ relies on it's approved dealers to enforce the roster. In DES, a GLOCK 19, is a GLOCK 19. It up to the dealer to determine if the one their holding is the one on the roster or not.
