When to stop deliver

I have a question for you FFL's.

I was talking to a customer of mine that said he got an email saying if he didn't have the magazines in hand @ 17:00 hours today that he couldn't sell them.

He said that he has a delivery of magazines landing on Monday and wanted to be able to sell them today and issue receipts for them and deliver them on Monday.

Can he do this?

Realize I'm not a lawyer, but I don't see fundamentally how that is different from buying online and it taking a few days to ship, etc..

The wording that I saw in the stay was that the person had to buy the magazines by 5pm today. Read it yourself and see what you think.

remember even though now this ban is back on. possession of your new mags will be question by law-enforcement I advise to not bring those freedom mags out anytime soon as they will still assume you got them prior to this ban lift.

please please do not attach them to your mag lock rifles. it will defined them as a AW. FYI

im not a lawyer however I believe featureless riffle are ok but don't take my word for it its just what the definition to me means
