You will no longer do PPTs of any rifles or lowers or accept shipments of them? That's the only way to completely avoid this scenario ever occurring.

Yes it is.. It's interesting because during the webinars they talk about how they want to keep us in business because we are their big revenue source...

And as long as it isn't in AW configuration I was verbally told they wouldn't come raid you and arrest you...

I'm not sure if only completed registrations would trigger the denial. I would assume yes, but what shows as "In Progress" for the citizen may be "complete" for CA DOJ.

Yes, however a completed Reg brings a snail mail letter of confirmation.

It’s possible to AW Reg, wait, sell the lower off and then get a letter that it’s now a RAW.

That's the assumption we're making, yes.. I am going to guess that they have the ability to see all pending AW regs and they'll just kick back all of them and not just the complete ones..

I always ask if they registered it as a BB AW. If they say yes then I ask for the removal confirmation letter. If they say they dont have one PPT stops and I say thanks, have a nice day.

Now you know what to do if they say "No" and the answer is really "Yes"
