I just issued a test today and told the customer to answer the question based on how it stands today since the new age doesn't take effect until 2/1/2019.

So far nothing new has been posted to the FSC web site. I would be interested in knowing what the difference is in what you have vs what is available on their web page.

Here is an idea for someone who wants to make a bit if money, although it would be a pain to ensure that you only sell to FSC instructors, make a grading template. They give an answer sheet, but that is a pain to grade with. I printed out an answer sheet, marked the answers, put tape over the answer areas and then cut out the answers so that I can put it over the answer sheet to make it easy to mark wrong answers. I still need to make sure that only one answer was made for each question, but it makes it much faster. For the HSC they supplied a plastic grading sheet much like that.

The spacing can depend on the printer, which is why I made my own.

I hope I'm not going to ask a really stupid question (it will be my first) and maybe that's what you'll are taking about but, has there been new FSC "TEST'S" (Version 1,2,3) issued? If so, I missed the boat on that one.

Well, it depends on by what you mean. Yes, there are new versions, but it is still in process to get the web site updated. I heard the same answer as before, it might be updated next week.

The answer sheet is needed or perhaps just helpful for the changes in the law as it has the required statement that the customer needs to sign, same as what Wes provided, but it is on the answer sheet, so it reduces the paper.

As I said above, you can contact the FSC people, use the contact us on the FSC web page, and they will email you the updated files. You should be able to email or phone them, but phoning is easier to explain, but I suspect they know what you mean if you ask to be sent the 2019 FSC files.
