Vince just spent 30 minutes today on hold with an online ammo vendor because they sent us 1 box (20 rounds) of 6.5 for a customer. No order info was sent. No customer info. Nothing. This is why we charge fees. Because moronic vendors ship 1 box of ammo to us without any info or clue as to who it belongs to. Sure it's easy sometimes but situations like this is why some places just flat out don't want to mess with it.

Why not just put it in a pile and wait for someone to contact you and wait for storage fees? It could be a problem if someone were to come in and ask about a different order. It is a lot of effort for one box.

This also shows a major part of the problem. Customer's don't see all the time and effort so to them it just doesn't exist to them.

He probably thought it was going to be a quick call. We have cordless phones, I'm sure that he was doing something else while waiting, but that's not the point.

Not to mention that the customer will be pissed at the store for, not calling them to let them know their ammo showed up, how we rip people off on ANY storage fee, violating their 2A rights, messed up their hunt cause they didn’t have their ammo, and thinks the entire time that it couldn’t possibly be they vendor the bought it from

Try Ron at Armory Outpost in Rancho Cordova. He's a nice guy, his fee is reasonable and you'll end up a lifetime customer. . . .

                    Receiving Ammo

Best thing is just to get your 03 FFL and COE. Then you can have shipped to you directly. $30 for 3 years for 03 FFL and then $22 a year for COE.
