          Just do a regular PPT using a Curio/Relic Long Gun Sale.

              If the buyer has a 03FFL and COE a DROS/PTT is not required.

              The buyer is required by law to register the purchase with DOJ via this form.

                  I'm curious. Has anyone experienced a situation where the 30 registration requirement exceeded the 30 days and if so what were the ramifications?
                  I ask because I'm faced with that situation...

                      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

                          As pointed out by Trickster, when using BOF Form 961 one is required to register an In-State Acquisition of a Curio or Relic Long Gun within 30 days...
                          So, my question:
