I'm currently experiencing the same problem. A few days ago the CFARS site worked but would not let me sign on and displayed a banner on top saying the website is down. Now it just won't load at all.
I'm entering https://cfars.doj.ca.gov
just as it says in the renewal letter. Tried a couple different browsers and no go.Man, this place has gone bonkers.Comment
