Has anyone ever been approved right before the hit the 30 day mark? My 30 day is almost coming up and wondering if anyone gotten approved right before there 30 day mark. I don't have a common name and this is my first firearm purchase. I only have 2 traffic violations back in 2014 and 2015.

No I had confirmed with my FFL and they won't release on Undetermined status.

Remember Turners does not release on undetermined get that cleared before dros with ffl.

Also, BTW. If completed and passed a full Background Check and LIVESCAN for the Department of Corrections about 2-3 months ago

Yeah I have found a better one near me that will release on Indetermined if it ends that way.

I had a customer that got approved after the 30 days (rather than undetermined)...

Day 31.. I was checking for undetermined notice and saw that it flipped to Approved after Delay

So to answer your question more directly it appears you can be approved all the way up to day 30 and on day 31 instead of undetermined.

FFLs that refuse to lawfully release on undetermined are TURDS.

TURDS should be avoided because they stink.
