    Yes I know.

I'll keep this in mind next time I'm looking to spend my money.

Weird how this has never happened before. The PFEC even said I was food to go three years ago.

They have a lot of nerve calling you food to go.

From what I understand I have thirty days from the date of be cleared to pick up the firearm?

They told me is against tyne law to release an undetermined firearm.

I can't comment on your delay as I don't know your circumstances. The statement that delivering if undetermined is illegal is absolutely false, many of us do it. On day 30 if they haven't released you the computer will change to undetermined. Your FFL won't get a notification of the change so you might need to call after the 30 days and adk.

So the doj will not tell them that I've been approved?

If you are approved they will be notified. If you become undetermined then it just quietly changes without a notice on our home screen of the change.

So it's been 30 days since I submitted the original DROS. I called and they said the doj has 30 days from when they delayed it. This is freaking bull poop.

I doubt it. I have a previous arrest, guilty plea & conviction - for CCW without a permit. I've never been delayed....many retail handgun and rifle purchases.

Do they have 30 days from the first day of DROS or when they first delayed it?

I believe its 30 days from the initial DROS date.

I have been delayed twice and also had previous arrest from many years ago. Turned out the records had been archived and they were unable to determine the disposition of the arrest without accessing these archived files and it took them until the 28thy day to approve. I had no issues at all with previous purchases. The 2nd time was stupidity on my part couldn't keep my big mouth shut very embarrassing.

Well I'm on day 30 from dros. The FFL told me they have 30 days from the day that they delayed me. So they said to stand by till this Saturday.

If I it goes undetermined and I redros will it be delayed again?

Can I find out why it was delayed or undetermined?

What did you say that caused the problem?
