    So this is still really hitting me hard, but the right things still need to be done...

    my nephew is coming up today to start arrangements and want a lil incite on what is the procedures for transferring a gun after a death

          sorry for your loss man. I'm not very familiar but I believe a lot of it has to do with the executor of his will and if it goes to probate court or something like that... the FFLs will probably be able to help you more like previously stated.

                  There are legal steps to take but our annals are full of stories of crappy family members simply walking off with ****. Lock it down now until things shake out.

                      no will, all belongs to my nephew he is the next of kin just wondering if all he needs to do is a volreg or go threw DROS? all firearms are riffles, no handguns
