Starting a cerakote buisness

As an automotive custom painter/airbrush artist I'm looking into starting a cerakote/ firearm refinish buisness, what type of ffl would cover this? Is it easier or harder to be able to smith/refinish then an actual retail gun store? Thank in advance for probably a newb ffl question.
