It does not matter. God's Grace and Goodness and Perfection is beyond our ability to comprehend or even imagine.

We will be worshiping our creator in Heaven, not thinking about our pets or each other.

That's fine as long as I don't have do face all the animals I ate.

I've heard many times from various Pastors and other believers that the bible is black and white. I'm not sure I agree. Just because we have no scripture to reference animals in heaven doesn't mean to me that they aren't there. Some people believe that believers will live in heaven for eternity. Others believe that they will occupy the earth with Christ for 1000 years. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

The Bible is "black and white" when it addresses any given topic. The "secret" is that you have to rightly divide the word of truth as is noted in 2 Timothy 2:15. Every follower of Christ ought to be doing like the Bereans, as Paul noted in Acts 17:11 (NKJV):

"These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so."

Even though the Bereans were being taught by the great apostle Paul himself, they still didn't just believe whatever he said. They went back and checked it against the Scriptures. They made sure what they were being taught was consistent with all the rest of the Scriptures. Each individual went and checked whether what they were being taught was true. They didn't just take the apostle Paul's word for it. They wouldn't have just accepted something because a pastor or any other person said it. People get off sideways on all sorts of doctrines and topics that the Bible is "black and white" concerning, but that isn't because the Bible isn't "black and white", instead its because people aren't comparing Scripture with Scripture and rightly dividing the word of truth.

I'd address the latter part of your comment that deals with where the saints will end up, but I'm afraid that would take this thread too far off-topic, so I'll refrain for now.

Regarding the OP topic: the Bible doesn't directly address it. That said, we can speculate all we want, but this isn't a topic where we can find a relevant section of the Scriptures and say "thus saith the Lord..." The Bible is still "black and white"... it's just silent on this matter. There are many things the Bible doesn't address (like brushing our teeth), but that doesn't mean it isn't "black and white" on what the Scriptures do clearly address.
              Regarding the 2nd Amendment:
"...to disarm the people ― that was the best and most effectual way to enslave them." George Mason ("The Father of the Bill of Rights")

              Regarding Life and Death:
"Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10:28

The BIG question: "What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ?" Matthew 27:22b

The way I see it is this. Heaven will be a perfect place. The Bible says that if as mortal humans we glimpsed what God has in store for us in heaven it would slay us.

There are to be no tears or sadness in heaven. SO... *IF* it took the presence of our lost pet to allow us not to be sad in heaven, I believe God would supply us with that resurrected pet.

However, I personally believe that it is more likely that what he prepared for us is far and away better than any happiness a pet, or I am sorry to say a lost loved one could bring and therefore those things will not be extant in heaven.

I think it more likely that whatever good is in store for us, we might not even have the time or capacity to even remember those losses, be they human or animal.

But again, IF there was no other way, then God would provide that lost animal - at least that is my theological logic.
Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.

IMO, it's depend. Your beloved animal may go to heaven but you will not see it if you go to hell
