So the fall feasts will fulfilled on His second coming: The feast of trumpets, the day of Atonement, and I think the feast of Tabernacles. These all happen in the fall, specifically September of this year.

Take it with a grain of salt, if you will, but God is all about symbolism, and this makes sense. Like, a lot of sense.

But why this year rather than others in the last 2000 years or the next 2000?

Answer to when for the rapture: God only knows - and He isn't telling yet.

        Blessings!

Every year it gets closer. There's none of the symbolism for this year that I can tell, but if you look at the general atmosphere of what's happening, it sure seems like something major is set to happen soon. Banks, China, are collapsing economically, the potato in chief has prepped the US for collapse, Russia and Ukraine, disease and famine, wars and rumors of wars, etc.

Again, none of that is specific to 2023. But things are looking bleak for this world.

We know not when it comes.

It is not for us to know.

Some will attempt to use the word to instill fear for personal gain, yet we need not fear God’s Word. We must be wary of man’s word. Man is fallible. Evil will exploit that weakness in order to spread fear and mistrust rather than the True Word.

No one can predict what plan God has in store for us. Those who(m?) pretend to predict God’s Word presume to know what God has in store for us do not really know any more than the rest of us.

                Or when things may happen.

As you say, none of that is special. Everyone?s times seem unique to themselves but I?m sure that there were plenty who felt that Atilla sweeping across Europe must be the end, or the Napoleanic wars, the sweeping across Europe and Asia by the empires of Germany and Japan, or the days of the Cold War when nuclear holocaust seemed inevitable.

Banks have collapsed before and wars have always come and gone. The power of empires ebbs and flows.

Whether it happens tomorrow or in a million years, all that matters is that Jesus will come again, in glory, to judge the living and the dead and His Kingdom will have no end.

The details will take care of themselves.

It is not for us to know.
No man knows the day or the hour, but we are to know the season.

There is a thought or idea, that this earth has a 7000 year life cycle. We all know that "a day with the lord is as a thousand years" - 2 Peter 3:8.
-Roughly the first two thousand was antediluvian (before the flood).
-Another 2000 years was from then to Jesus, and then
-another 2000 years is the church age, and
-the final 1000 years is the sabbath, the time of rest, the millennium.

It's an interesting theory, and it fits, with us without doubt wrapping up these final 2000 years of the church age.

That being said, our purpose is not to try to anticipate it, but be prepared for it whenever it happens.

From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me"

Well, their predictions did not occur, and I was left wondering. In circumspect, many of those preachers are trying to imply that they have unlocked the key to when the rapture is going to occur. If God wants to reveal to us one of His most guarded secrets, then he would have the Holy Spirit reveal it.

Don't be mislead by these sensation seekers on YouTube.
the entire concept of the rapture was conceived by the ancient equivalent of such sensationalism.

I recently came across some of these YouTube videos. They have a nice timeline all worked out, but I couldn't help but notice their dates for creation and the Flood were off. By 1000 years or so... And the rapture would have already happened. I don't think it's happening this September. But we're definitely closer every day..
