To answer the question, one uses his/her own belief system as the basis for the answer.
If you are a Mormon, then your version of Heaven will differ from a Catholic, which will differ from a Baptist.
Personally as a Protestant, I don't believe there will be guns in heaven.
There will be no need to destroy anything, there will be no danger from anything. With the perfected bodies there will be no competitive issues as everyone would have perfect vision, and perfect hand eye coordination.
The choice between shooting at targets that you are guaranteed to hit perfectly 100% of the time, or to spend time in the presence of the Creator of the Universe, I don't think anyone would choose punching holes in paper.
