The one they select will.
In the last days leading up to the 2nd coming the Jews will build another temple the person who helps to facilitate that will be considered the Messiah, when said person steps into the temple and declares himself to be God that's when all hell is going to break loose.
The Jews will scatter again and be slaughtered, the remnant that remains will realize and accept Jesus as the real Messiah, that's when He returns.

Satan knows this, this is why he is constantly trying to exterminate the Jews because once this event takes place it's basically over for him.

If you take the word "dog" and change the "d" to a "c" you get the word "cog".
Now if you take the letter "o" and change it to the letter "a" while changing "g" to "t" and put them together you get the word "cat"

So a dog is really a cat!
