I've got a nice pastel one I'll drop off for you one of these days. It's got a couple of spare AR10 mags in it.

Oooh, pastel is good! I wonder if Cerekote makes a shade of Periwinkle...you know, for the rifle.

I have a get home bag that I take with me everywhere I go (it usually stays in my vehicle). It has the standard get home items most preppers pack. At work I have an active shooter bag that has a trauma kit, extra M4 and G17 mags and a spare radio battery.

          Stay safe.

Not really a get-home bag...but my vehicle is a take home, and stays well stocked. My active shooter kit is nothing more than spare .308 and pistol mags, some .308 AP, and an AR mag for allied agencies, and extra quick clot. The vehicle itself I can, and have, lived out of it for 3 or more days at any given time, in just about any place in the state.

I keep a plate carrier, extra mags (rifle & handgun), trauma kit, gloves, power bar. Bag is too much of a PITA to bail with and carry effectively

In my war bag, I used to carry extra batteries for the radio and flashlight, a pack of MRE, 1 liter of water, power bar, boonie hat, a poncho, light sticks, and some other personal items. When you are stuck at the perimeter duty, some of those items come in handy.

I always recommend keeping spare medical supplies or an IFAK or smallish med kit in the front of the vehicle and is easily accessible. Most of us have substantial med kits in our trunks, but it never hurts to have a spare in a glovebox or center console. It doesn't have to be fancy either, a tourniquet with some gauze/hemostatic or izzy would suffice. It's for you or someone riding shotgun.

I use this one at work http://kizlyarknifestore.com.au/images/bail1.png.

I wrap the sling around the passenger head rest and it hangs at perfect arms reach. Has quick disconnect so I can grab in a pinch. I keep 2 extra AR mags (arms reach) on one pouch, a mutual aide radio on the third, and pistol mags on the second (middle). The side zipper pockets I load with extra cuffs & hobble for easy access at felony stops. Inside the main pocket I have all things ranging from a tourniquet, glass breaker, shotgun ammo and quick code books. Light weight and easy to carry before and after shift.

I been looking for a similar type bag. What type of first aid products do you guys normally keep in your bail out bag? Ammo?

Depends on what else you carry on you or on a vest.

I carry a tourniquet on me.

My primary IFAK hangs on my bail-out/up-armor vest (tourniquet, 2 Olaes bandages and a chest seal).

In my bag...a tourniquet, 2 more Olaes bandages, a few rolls of gauze, Kerlex, a couple 4"x4" pads and a few extra gloves. Ammo-wise... some for each of my firearms in boxes. Batteries...CR123's for my lights. Extra cuffs.

Each unit has a "first aid kit" with stuff for minor wounds and CPR.
