I imagine that part of the problem is that out of the large amount of staff they have, the majority have little time in the department and perhaps aren't as aware of things as they could/should be if they regularly worked with "veteran" staff.

CHCF isnt a place for rookie cops, thats a place to go end your career. We give their officers a hard time about that place. You wont learn much about the job at that place but you will enjoy alot of the nice equipment lol
