    Different approach?

I tried a poll before on this topic.... It was shut down.....
I will try again... hopefully not be deemed a "Have you stopped beating your wife" approach...

To those of you in Law Enforcement.....

Have you ever considered the possibility you may some day be ordered to take firearms away from the law abiding citizens en masse due to some real or contrived "FEMA Disaster" and resulting Marshal Law?

Have you discussed this hypothetical scenario with your collegues?

The main point of this thread is to get those in law enforcement to consider what their actions might be in such a scenario.... so that those who have sworn to defend the constitution can formulate a response to such an unconstitutional demand....

Though I really am curious what your thoughts are on these questions, I realize certain answers could be used against the respondant in an adverse manner....

So if you just consider this in your own mind... I will be satisfied....

Think Katrina and New Orleans for example.....

    thanks again!
The founding fathers did a wonderful thing when they included the second amendment to the constitution...

You're asking this question on a pro-gun forum. Do you really think you'll get replies from LE stating they will take part in illegal firearm confiscation?

      Stay safe.

Definitely beating a dead horse. This a pro gun law enforcement sub-forum. We believe in protecting peoples rights.

These types of polls always go the wrong way because they pull folks out of the off topic forum and they start bashing us. That is why these are always erased or eventually locked.

            All four responses say 'no-go'.
