We have this homeless guy who is like clockwork. Anytime it is unusually cold or wet, he comes out from under his bridge and will stand in the middle of the freeway until he gets arrested. Once arrested, he gets a warm dry bed, shower, and hot food for the night before he gets kicked out the next morning. He's been arrested dozens of times....not sure how he's managed to NOT get hit by a bus.

He's not interested in work, halfway house or any program and is quite satisfied with being homeless. Thanks for keeping him fed and warm! He appreciates it

They should have the decency to end their useless existence. My wallet would appreciate it.
