I like to stare at them through their dark tinted window to let them know I know who they are. In the city of Orange, there is a black sedean with dark tinted windows known as the "Black Knight" with two or more officers in plain clothes and they love mad-doggin' people. One time a few years ago I went to a take-out place on Chapman and these guys were in there and one of them was just giving me a stare like he knew me and had some sort of problem with my face. Stared at me the whole time I was in there. I was pulling out of the parking lot and I see that he was my the door still staring at me aggressively. I didn't know he was a cop so I stopped my vehicle, got out and with a very foul mouth proceeded to inquire what his problem was. It didn't really go well after that. There was no apology from either of us.

Saw something like that with two young 28-35yrs white dude pulled an Hispanic family Van over on A Str after the 880 underpass in Hayward around Xmas time. In this occasion it wasn't no crown Victoria & they used individual red & blue light that was close to the light the bicyclist uses. Something about the whole thing & the light looked sketchy. But I am not an LEO expert . Hopefully they are real LEO and not some crooks preying on folks.
